FDIC SPECIAL ALERT RE: FRAUDULENT EMAILS

Email Scams - Be aware of email scams that ask for your account number and/or password. These scams have become very common.

Citizens Bank will never send you an email or call you on the phone asking for account numbers or passwords to your accounts.

If consumers have received this or similar suspicious emails, they should report information to the FDIC at alert@fdic.gov.
